Senior Support Worker

Fair Deal is a social care organisation based in Glasgow currently recruiting Senior Support Worker to work in the Glasgow area in the following roles:

• Senior Support Worker – Male and Female – Driving Licence Preferable
• 37 hours per week

We are passionate about providing the people we support with the opportunity to live as independently as possible with greater choice and control.

The Senior Support Worker Role:

• Ability to maintain effective communication
• Support staff in the delivery of the service
• Ability to oversee running of day to day services
• Effectively identify and contribute to learning and development activities

You will be required to work a variety of shifts including day / evening / sleepover and weekends.
