Ryley joined Fair Deal in 2022 as a Team Leader within the Operations Department, Ryley is responsible for leading and motivating people supported by Fair Deal to have full and inclusive lives.

This takes many forms and maximises the use of non paid support and natural supports so that people have more than just people paid to support them in their lives. He actively encourages people to think about their contribution to community life and to engage in community activities and events. He makes sure planning is person centered, support is personally tailored to suit individuals and that people enjoy fulfilled lives. He liaises with family members and carers, relevant professional agencies, care managers, commissioners and other staff.
