SDS Demonstration Evaluation

Like all spects of our work, at Fair Deal we aim to make sure that people are being supported to have good lives. The Self Directed Support Demonstration that we are operating is a new way for us to engage with people and deliver support differently. This means that we also need to be able to measure what we are doing and achieving so that we know whether it is working and making a positive difference to people's every day lives.

We will therefore be looking at evaluating the work we are doing in the demonstration and the documents below give information about various aspects of this.
