One of the reasons Fair Deal is successful is because we provide an excellent quality of support for people. We do this by recruiting a wide range of staff who have a variety of skills and abilities. People who use the support of Fair Deal are actively involved in the staff selection process.

We make sure that people who come to work for Fair Deal understand our values and the core principles we operate. When staff are recruited we provide training which helps them carry out their job well. The training is informed by the people we support as is the ongoing development of staff.

This means the people we support are well understood and have made their needs clear. Staff can support them in a way that recognises their personal preferences and choices.
