We make sure that people who come to work for Fair Deal understand our values and the core principles we operate. When staff are recruited we provide training which helps them carry out their job well. The training is informed by the people we support as is the ongoing development of staff.
This means the people we support are well understood and have made their needs clear. Staff can support them in a way that recognises their personal preferences and choices.
