Our Mission

Fair Deal's mission is to support people with learning disabilities to live full and inclusive lives in society. We will do what we can to achieve this in the following ways:-

• Empowering people to make choices
• Supporting people to develop their skills, gifts and abilities
• Assisting people to make and sustain new relationships
• Recognising and supporting indivuduals' positive contribution to the community

We will also support and facilitate people coming together to campaign and positively influence strategies and policies at both local and national level where they impact on their lives. In addition we provide a range of support options tailored to your personal needs.
