Our Management Structure

Ann Marie Docherty is supported in the work of the organisation by the staff of Fair Deal. There is a very flat management structure within the organisation which also makes best use of the skills, gifts, abilities and talents of all staff. The team is cohesive and supported by the administration staff who provide the neccessary day to day administrative functions.
The diagram below reflects the 3 aspects of the organisational structure with these being, its core infrastructure, the operational aspects relating to direct service delivery and the strategic and development work of the organisation which supports the development of the operation work.
