Linking with others

At Fair Deal we are known for our positive relationships with other providers. We have a history of working jointly and in partnership with colleagues in other like-minded organisations to make sure we all continue to deliver the best support to individuals.

We have benefited and contributed to joint training events, shared funding opportunities, hosted consortium arrangements and managed staff on behalf of others.

We believe that supporting people to be included and involved in their communities is the responsibility of everyone and where possible we make best use of universal services which exists for the benefit of everyone.

This means we use local places and facilities in supporting the individuals we work for. This is to make sure they have every opportunity to engage with other community members in the usual way and can establish friendships and relationships.
