Legislation

There are a number of pieces of legislation which are important when supporting people with learning disabilities. This page provides information about them and are in a summary version or a short guide version. The legislation can be complex at times but Fair Deal has the support of TC Young Solicitors who are very well placed to support the organisations. They have been appointed to Glasgow City Council's approved panel of solicitors in relations to cases involving adults with incapacity.
