The Planning Together Project supports people with a learning disability and family carers to be involved in planning services across Glasgow.
This is done through a network of local Planit Groups working in partnership with Glasgow City Council. The purpose of Planning Together is to enable users and carers to have a real say in shaping the services they rely on.
Glasgow City Council values the work of Planning Together and has just agreed to fund the project for another three years from October 2010.
We believe this indicates the Council‘s commitment to working jointly with us to make sure people have the kind of support they need in a way that works for them.
