	Say it Simply: Do you understand your mail? Glasgow Good Information Group held a Research Event for people with learning disabilities.
	The Glasgow Good Information Group discussed what they do when they receive letters that are hard to understand.
	People talked about their experiences, they want to help people in public services understand what they need to do to make their letters easier to understand.
	The Glasgow Good Information Group launched their report at the City Chambers on 17th July 2008. MSP Johann Lamont spoke at the event and hoped the report would make people think about making information simple and easier to read.
	Glasgow City Councillor Irfan Rabbini also spoke at the launch and said organisations needed to make information easier to understand and the best way to do that is to listen to what people with a learning disability are saying.
