Support Staff

Working for Fair Deal is a wonderful opportunity to support people with learning disabilities get a life. We look to recruit people who are creative, able to adapt, treat people with respect and are committed but above all willing to support each person as a unique individual. There are jobs in administration, finance and development but by far the majority of staff are employed in the direct support of people with learning disabilities. This is why we were set up and it continues to be our priority area of work.  We value the contribution of all staff giving ideas and views about our work and how we can continually improve what we do.
